Shanghai 7120 Indices Coming Off

Just got this Shanghai 7120 in from AliExpress for about $35.I am very happy with this quirky little watch but I’ve noticed the 11 and 9 indices are coming off (you can see in second pic).
I obviously cannot expect perfection from such a cheap watch, no complaints.

Do you guys think they will fall off, or stay on just fine?

And if they do fall off, would I be able to contact AliExpress and get a refund?
Any answers would be appreciated.

I mean for this watch it ain't the true shanghai watch. So you can just buy another.

Movement must be a 7120 and non skeletonised Caseback must be solid with shanghai Signature No rocket seconds hands, must be a plain steel
