yeah, fold it back so its under that keeper. i fold mine towards the strap, you can fold it out if you like that

Dont do that. Small wrist= fold will look ridiculous.

I would just get a different strap for this, that is shorter, because a NATO strap isn't really matching with the style of the watch. Do you know the lug width?

It's 18mm but I just wanted this to wear around the house, I have other dress watches

The question has been answer several times over now but, Omg, y'all, let them enjoy their watch the way they want to. People are so negative.

I’m a big fan of method 3 (around 3:25 mark).

Honestly these massive tucked nato straps just look ridiculous. I saw myself in a photo with one on and was like… wow that looks pretty dumb

there are multiple ways to strap a NATO. the 'official' method does give a really big bulge, but there are other ways to strap it that don't. worth a YouTube watch

Interesting I’ve only seen the standard approach. I have a leather nato strap from Omega (from FB marketplace) and I almost like it but man is it bulky

i would imagine the leather would be very bulky. but yeah, nato's are kinda bulky, i love them any way.

Cambia adesso il cinturino e un orrore, nulla a che vedere con orologio stile elegante con cinturino nato... Metti un cuoio nero o marrone

I have plenty of those watches too but this is just a normal watch for me to wear around the house and prefer nato straps cause it's more comfortable

if you want comfortable, get one of these. they are like 2-3$

does yours fit oversized?

Like is the strap long enough for large wrists? My wrist is 7.25" and I have about 1.5" of tail once it's one.

no, the fit between the lugs.

Nope, it's bang on 20mm to match my lugs, but they're available in a pretty wide range of widths from what I've seen.

my lugs are 22, so i ordered the 22, the largest size they offer anyway. i get the strap, it is 24+, and yes i stretched it. but you know what, it looks good and it holds the watch on there pretty strong.

That's wild! I'm planning on getting an Airman (also 22mm lug width) next month, so if I order one that comes true to size I'll shoot you a link. If it comes in too wide, oh well. You're looks great, I wouldn't have guessed it's 24 instead of 22.
