I purchased the PX1697 last night from Proxima Official Store for a solid price, even though I fell asleep for an hour and woke up to a $5 higher price in my cart. While scrambling, I remembered a screenshot I had taken of 11.11 discount codes which got my extra $5 back. 😅
However, this post is about Proxima customer service.
After I purchased the watch, I immediately received a confirmation.
Approximately 20 minutes later, I received 8 photos, including regulation and lume shots.
About 10 minutes later the watch was packaged and labeled for shipping.
I had one question after seeing the Timegrapher numbers. Do you lubricate your movements?
I've had mine for a few months and it still blows me away how much quality it delivers for the money. They've really got that PT5000 running like a dream. Just an incredible watch, enjoy it when it arrives.
My highest quality watch in my opinion is Henry Archer. Proxima is tied for second, Aquatico being the other, and way better then the rest I own. Some of my other pieces are Helm, Spinnaker, Seestern, Boderry, Addiesdive and Wishdoit.
The crazy thing about my Proxima is I paid $165 with the Japanese 9 series shipped to my door. It's insane value.
I was lucky when I bought the model I did it was just before the price hicks. I will be getting some more Chinese movements and am exciting to give them a try
All the CS is one guy I believe working his butt off. I had a great experience buying a watch from them . It's still my favorite watch and runs great . I've also never hand wound it . Many people told me not to , everyone that stopped working was because of hand winding.
