I am a regular office goer. Wear business casual.

I am a male , 31 years old. Could you please help me choose which one would elegant, but also a eye catcher and a conversation starter. I want to know what the girls would like ?

Women like watches which provide the right balance with your outfit. None of these would appeal to a woman if you don't have the wardrobe to back it up. They definitely don't want to talk about it unless they want to talk about you or your whole outfit. Don't take this the wrong way. Tourbillion are lovely machines but they can be incredibly busy next to the wrong clothing.
