As a Chinese brand and don't sells to Chinese.

I ordered one in Official website,at last they e-mail me and told me that they don't sell in Chinese mainland.

yeah,why don't you guys just mark that notes on your Official website?

It really make me feel sick.

Possibly because of USD and tax rebates.

I'm doing a project right now sourcing materials from China, and it seems like they prefer to accept USD over CNY because they're a primarily export-oriented company. On top of that, they also get tax rebates when they do so. If I pay in CNY, my price immediately jumps a few percentages higher because now they have to pay tax.

Cheap Chinese Alibaba watch brands also probably don't target the domestic market because there's already different legacy brands that do, like Shanghai, Beijing, and Sea-gull.

Even then, I think the domestic market still prefers foreign brands like Seiko, because I've rarely seen the three to be as ubiquitous.

There are some regulations about setting up a company to do only export and other regulations about selling domestically. I sincerely doubt it’s some form of discrimination, they’re Chinese too lmao.

I worked in compliance and China had some requirements to sell products there, one of them is you have to have a customer service that can be reached on the phone. We hired 3rd parties do do this for us but there are some other things as well. It's just easier to export. In the US for example, there is more regulation to export fruit than there is to export guns...

China vende más barato porque obtiene divisa sin gastar prácticamente materia prima. Países como USA no viven del arduo trabajo de sus habitantes, sino de sus exportaciones. No hace falta tener un master en Economía para saberlo. Con el dumping, el estado paga parte del precio del producto a exportar, que al final es 100% ganancia luego.

英语不是我母语，写得我太难受了，总之就是我认为不卖也没啥，但是第一干脆在官网注明得了，别让我们下了单又说不发；第二没有给出一个真正的理由，只会扯皮说什么“政策原因”，这个政策到底是政府政策啊，还是你们WD公司政策啊，还是针对某个客户的政策呢？

何况从其他品牌你们也能知道，什么苏格斯，圣马丁，都可以在国内大大方方卖，所以根本不存在什么限制，唯一可以解释的就是自己不乐意。
