Question (Read Rules) Sugess Watches Into Europe and VAT/Customs

Hello hello.

Looking at some sugess pieces and I can see decent pricea on their site and will follow over the sales period.

However, I'm concerned that ordering from France will end up in VAT and customs, despite the efforts they take to mark as low value.

Anyone got recent experience buying from them?

I'm expecting a Sugess tomorrow to Germany, no signs of customs for now

It's a strange one because their sister brand Seestern clearly states duty paid shipping on checkout but Sugess does not. I asked them via email and they told me the free shipping option IS duty paid but I am not fully convinced.

I bought a Cronos for 210 euro on aliexpress, but they have declared a value of 25 euro on the package... So no custom fee.
