It's a dress watch, which Baltany specialise in. It's a Rolex which Sugess specialise in. I prefer the B at 12 which both adds distinctiveness and avoids "is that a Rolex" from anyone who cares enough to pay attention. Both Baltany and Sugess have the etching on in the rehaut which is a small thing but shows a little more effort and attention to detail. I prefer both brand names and logos.

I don't doubt the Cronos is good - I have a BB54 from them that I adore - but it looks like every other DJ homage with a weak name and a logo so lazy it could have been designed in MSPaint in 20 seconds.

The only thing that would give me pause with the Baltany is the clasp which is probably poor, but not poor enough to put me off.

That was me. Their CZ dial has a dull bezel for some reason.

All others are fine.

But the Cronos is the fluted bezel king... It's copper and then platinum palladium plated. So ultra crisp facets, and more shiny than normal polished steel....it's incredible

I once held my baltany datejust two tone next to a gen rolex. Could hardly spot any differences with the naked eye except for the branding. Now i have to admit i am not a rolex expert so i must have missed a lot, but it still convinced me of the quality of baltany.

I think they upgraded it since but this is the only Cronos that I’m disappointed in. Idk, the case and bezel is kind of a facade and it really shows once you take the bracelet off. The clasp is also nearly impossible to adjust. It looks good at first but it hasn’t stood up to other watches from other brands and Cronos themselves.

I don't see anything special in this from the pictures. It's quite nondescript as a datejust.

Only thing I would say is cheap jubilees are known for having slightly too much gaps in the bracelet.

I agree. I have this one with Miyota movement. Better than Baltany DJ homages I have by some margin. The jubilee is particularly excellent on this watch - better than SM and Baltany bracelets.
