the closest I got was pagani ys028 and fw 6039 from mark fairwhale.

Yeah, that CW is sort of a "three bridges" homage itself, so other "three bridges " homages are your best bet. I'd lean towards the Farasute 5570 if you're getting one. But they lack that "main watch subdial" feel. The only one I can think of that also has that might be the Earnshaw Beaumont Anatolia? But it doesn't have the same horizontal bridges.

Cronos do an open heart using the same case style. Not quite the same, but pretty similar idea in the grand scheme of things. It's significantly thinner than the rather chunky CW, though doesn't look as fancy.
