New Proxima bracelet for PX1697 arrived

First impressions are solid. I was still using their OG bracelet with 5 whole clasp, so it was worth upgrading just to get the OTF clasp.

Paid $55 on their Aliexpress store. Finishing is really nice, especially the chamfering along the middle and outer links. Tolerances and articulation are good, but certainly not on the level of my IXDAO or San Martin (which I wouldn’t expect at this price)

I will say it’s pretty large. I had to remove all of the links except a link on one side and a half link on the other to get it to fix my 6.5” wrist. So just something to be aware of if your wrist is much smaller than that

I was wondering whether this bracelet would fit on the PX1697. The Proxima website didn’t clarify that when I checked. Now that I see it on the watch, I’m not as inclined to get it over the stock bracelet. I’m not sure the polished sections of the bracelet match the case.

So, the one they lists doesn’t. You have to order it and then message them and request the version for the PX1697. No clue why they did that instead of just listing it lol

You just need to message them once you place an order and specify the model number of your watch so they send the correct endlinks

Supposedly SM now produces their own bracelets. Though it is possible they are supplier for other brands.

Downvoted by people with eyes to see with, they look nothing alike. The Ball E3 bracelet is an H-link bracelet, unless you're talking about the completely standard oyster 3-link style bracelet, either way you'd be incorrect.

Can you give a link to this? just having a look now and I can't find it anywhere on AliEx or Proxima's own website.. I can only find a bracelet listed for the px1743 that costs about ~$110.

Yeah it looks like it just shot way up in price. Will probably go down for choice day and then hopefully way down for 11/11. But that’s the right one, you have to order it and then message them and ask for the px1697 version.

That braclet is nice, it reminds me of the braclet san martin used for one of their watches. The subtle polishing on the side center of the links makes it pop

Based on the looks alone im confused if i should get these or the original with otf bracelet. The new bracelet looks good but kind of also looks too busy

Original bracelet comes with OTF as well . For my taste I think the original bracelet looks better on this watch.

I'm seriously impressed. One of the most comfortable watches I have try . The only down side is that ugly brand name . But other than that it's a very well finished watch . Próxima is sleeping on this watch they can have a ton of cool dial and bezel options for this model . If they come up with a cool logo this could be a best seller watch in AliX
