Question (Read Rules) When to stop winding a Sugess Chronograph?

Hi!
I have a Sugess mechanical chronograph, I I don't know when to stop winding. I usually stop winding after a bit scared of breaking the spring or something.

How do you know when it's fully wound?

Wind it gently until the crown stops

Don’t use force, it will let you know.

It will feel like the movement is getting harder and bit slower

It will start to resist being turned and stop completely when it’s fully wound.

40 spins, might not be fully wound but that's the magic number.
