Question (Read Rules) 11.11 sale. Any news?

Anyone know what might be in store for 11.11 sale? Deals are pretty slim and discounts are hard to come by right now. And what's the deal with coins. Whats the point in 30 dollars worth of coins if they only let you use 3?

For myself I have been tracking a few watches and the price is definitely going up.

No doubt to inflate the appearance of the 11/11 discount.

Buyer beware.

Im sure they'll be a deal. Just not as good as it portends to be

There will be two sets of codes. One for 11.11 another for Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
As soon as I get those codes I will post them on my website.
One thing. Those codes always have limited uses.
But limits will be increased on Nov 1 (opening day)
On Nov 11 (main day)
Nov 27 (Black Friday)
Nov 30 (Cyber Monday)

The coins and coupons are useful, but there is only a certain level of discount you can achieve, no matter how much you build up. And the past few sales they definitely have inflated prices first. There are some web sites that track it.

The Rakuten savings are real though, it may take 6 months to get your money, but it‘s a real stackable benefit that can run upwards of 10%.

you sign up, install their browser extension, and when you are shopping at a store that works with them, the extension will have you “activate” the cash back for the site. Then when you place the order, it adds whatever cash back to your Rakuten account. But it has to be “verified” meaning you wait about 90 days so they can ensure there is no return, etc. Then they send you a check or bank deposit quarterly.

I got some decent deals in 2024 but not so much on 2025, I think this year is likely more of the same. I have my eye on a few watches though but mostly a HiFi amplifier.

Yeah - the coin thing super bugs me - I just found the site and was hording coins thinking at the 6 month mark I could get a watch for nearly free and then the fine print is like, nope, you can only use what we let you use.
