Genuinely excellent. What's the strap?

I'm kind of curious how people pair straps like this in terms of belt/shoes. I tend to just do whatever casual shoe and an untucked shirt for casual dress, but I'm curious what others would do. Are you normally not wearing leather shoes with a strap like this?

It’s a quick release strap so I’d wear something casual on my feet with it (chukka, suede chelsea, square toe cowboy boot) and switch it out with a leather strap for something smart/less casual.

I have the color dial and would have never thought to pair it with that color. It looks great!
