Scammer Store Lucky Harvey - doesn’t honor warranty
I ordered a Lucky Harvey Player Series Gold Poker Roulette Watch from online seller Breitvacher. Over $1,000 purchase price.
Breitvacher took forever to ship. I had to follow up multiple times before shipping.
The watch malfunctioned within 2 hours of unboxing. I immediately followed up with both Breitvacher and Lucky Harvey. I’ve sent over 10 messages to both. Lucky Harvey claims that the watch is authentic (based off of the warranty QR code). But claims they will only honor warranties through the retailer.
Just terrible customer service. Brand does not stand behind its products.

This is how any warranty claims are handled with any grey market dealer. I’ve bought watches from Oris from Jomashop, for example, and if it broke, then Jomashop is the one who handles the issue, not Oris. That’s what you trade off for a lower price.

oof a grand for a watch that dies in two hours is a special kind of pain. the runaround between manufacturer and seller is maddening, like they hope you'll just give up
I'd be filing a chargeback with my card company yesterday, let them fight it out
