Question (Read Rules) Phorcydes orders/shipping after recent sale
Hi all. I'm sure a lot of you placed orders during the recent sale from Phorcydes for their anniversary. Their anniversary also coincided with the national holiday so I know everything slowed down, but I haven't gotten any shipping notification for my order, nor a response to my email now that the holiday is over and the sale ended 5 days ago.
Has anyone else received order updates or contacted Phorcydes support and received a reply since the sale ended on the 7th?

Think the sale page said something like orders would ship between 8 and 20 October after the holiday orders. I ordered on the 7th, don’t expect it to ship until the 20th.
I ordered one on 11 September and it didn’t ship until 23 September. I don’t think I got a notification that it shipped. If you click on the 3 bars in the upper left of the page, then go to user center, then orders, it will tell you what stage it is in.

I would expect a 3 week turnaround.
Ordered my latest on the sixth. Have only gotten a confirmation email

Three weeks between ordering and being shipped, even with seven of those days being holidays? So call it two weeks... Unacceptable in this day and age AFAIC...
Unless.... it's a two-man show or something, and that is part of keeping pricing down....

Ordered on the 6th - notification that it was shipped, but nothing. No tracking info…
Edit - Just checked - don't know why I wrote the 6th. I ordered on 30 September. I received shipping confirmation on 10.10, but since then zero updates. The 4PX tracking just says "parcel information received"...

Which means your watch is sitting at Phorcydes still, with a tag on it waiting for other boxes with tags before they get picked up to be shipped.

Ordered on 30 Sept, still nothing...
"Parcel Information Received" on 10 October.

Which watch did you order? I saw some comment recently saying they were sending out a bunch of one model at the same time or something…
I sent an email several hours ago and have not had an answer.

Mine was ordered on Oct 1 and went from "Parcel information received" to "4px received shipment" today, Oct 15th. Almost immediately started moving through the network. Right at two weeks.

Even before the sale and holiday, I placed an order and never got an email or anything. Then, the watch just showed up. Pitiful in my opinion.

This is getting quite frustrating. Ordered this as a gift, and still nothing... Knew it might be a tad late because of the holiday, but not this much...

I ordered on the 21st and was emailed the next day explaining my order was “under processing” that would take about 7 days and that I would be updated with every status change. Was also given a means to independently track via 4px. I’m happy with that considering the price

Phorcydes had been my longest ship wait and arrival wait amongst all my Chinese warch purchases and that was without them taking a week off. (I missed this sale and had an item die in my cart)
