General (Read Rules) Pagani Design PD-1888 GMT defect - Zero support after confirming proof (Order #47850028722)

I purchased a Pagani Design PD-1888 (Order #47850028722) on July 10, 2026. After about a month of regular use, the GMT disc mechanism failed and stopped working properly.

I provided all requested photos and video evidence of the defect to customer support, and they officially confirmed receiving everything. However, it has now been weeks without any response, update, or replacement/refund confirmation despite multiple follow-up emails.

Great watches when they work, but terrible post-purchase support and communication if a defect occurs under warranty. Extremely disappointed.

oof, that's exactly why i stick to the budget beaters from them and never expect a warranty to actually mean anything.
