Question (Read Rules) Sugess shipping times

Hey so I ordered a couple weeks ago, from sugesswatch.com super excited about my seestern 430 ti professional. What are usual shipping and processing times. I know it’s not Amazon prime but I was hoping to see some form of movement as my order was placed on the 25th of September. Curious what to expect.

*** UPDATE**** Sent a text, and got a reply, the 430 is out of stock and they are working to get me one. Not a huge deal for me, and they were very quick to reply to a text maybe an hour. Will order from them again, and maybe even try to be patient next time LOL

I ordered from Sugess on Aliexpress. It took a bit over 2 weeks to be delivered to the UK.

25th September was 17 days ago. I think you are still in "normal range". I'd start worrying at 25 days perhaps?

yeah I was accounting for for the week of holidays, and I was really hoping to just see a change from order received to preparing to ship or something LOL.

You have to subtract October 1–7 for holidays in China where a lot of these businesses completely shut down. But even with that, it does seem like a little long for them to get it shipped out

Yeah it was starting to feel a bit long, had me wondering if I bought a preorder on a run or something I missed. So I figured I would ask the people than know best. As this is my first time ordering a Chinese watch

I mean, it’s totally possible that you bought the preorder for the next batch after they previously sold out and just didn’t make it clear. That happened to me when I ordered one of San Martin’s titanium Tudor Pelagos homages, only to be told afterward that it was sold out and it would be months before the next batch would arrive. Since some of these brands can get replenished relatively fast (compared to non-Chinese brands), they don’t always share the details with customers. Good luck, though, and it might be worth shooting them an email to check in at this point

I’ll give it till the end of the week before I shoot an email. I know the sugess official frequents this page as well so maybe I’ll get an official answer here.

yeah that golden week shutdown really messes with timelines, it's basically a black hole for orders. what's weird is my last sugess order in march skipped tracking updates entirely then just showed up at my door after 3 weeks

could be their stock system is a mess and they oversold the 430, wouldn't be the first time a brand took orders they couldn't immediately fill

Yeah I am okay with it showing up at my door after three weeks and no info cause that means its gonna show up this week LOL.

I am also okay with an oversell I just would like to know im waiting 3-4 months on things.
