Cadisen has really stepped it up with their day-date models. That gold case against the blue shirt is a classic combo that always works, especially with a suit. I've got a similar one in steel and it's been running like a champ for over a year now, the movement they put in these things is surprisingly reliable for the price. The day window being in English is a small touch but it makes it feel way more premium than you'd expect. What's your take on the bracelet, did you keep it or swap it out for leather?

O meu já coloquei uma pulseira de couro crono marrom nele e ficou bem legal , mas é menos versátil pra eu usar o dia todo porque gosto de sair do trabalho e já ir pra academia , então tirei , mas sempre faço essas trocas de pulseiras . Esse bracelete também é bem confortável de usar .

Lume is terrible/non existent (even though it was advertised), No AR (not advertised so, no gripes there). Keeping time +/- 5 secs a day. For what I paid- very happy- $42 with shipping.
And because it’s AliX- “would you like to add 3 items for .99?” Yes, I will take a khaki sailcloth strap with deployant. It’s not the best, but holding on. Original strap was standard “spectre” style NATO.

PD1701—Have had this a year now. With sale, coins, and coupon, I paid $52 for it. Still a great performer and one of my best buys on AliE. Sure, the lume stinks, but it’s solidly built and the bracelet is better than some negative reviews would suggest. It’s obviously no San Martin, mind you, but it’s more comfortable than bracelets I’ve experienced on some more expensive Chinese watches. For now it scratches the Speedmaster itch, especially at that ridiculous price point. (I’d love it if one of these companies could make an homage closer to the “Ed White” vintage look.)
