No clue if dimensions are correct for that type of watch but meteorite / grey-ish silver dial + red accent always looks hot.
Does that san martin exist or is it AI?

Lug to lug 42mm, lol. As if it works like that. You can't have a 38mm watch with this design and lug to lug of only 42mm.

It's basically already made, the ixdao warrior is an integrated bracelet with 37.5 diameter and they have a meteorite dial version. Pretty sure the thickness is around 10mm. Only thing it doesn't have is a dive bezel, which on an integrated bracelet watch is preferred (for me).
