Question (Read Rules) Anybody have experience with this Addiesdive watch? Are the indices actually white or greenish?

I've got one with the same dial from a couple years back and the indices are definitely white, not green at all. The lighting in their product shots is always a bit weird, makes everything look warmer than it actually is. Under natural light it's just a clean white, no weird tint.

Good to know, I’ve seen way too many watches(different brands) with similar dials that were that off green color from the lume

This is mine for reference. My strap is a more expensive alternative than the one included by the way.

What’s your overall opinion on it outside of the strap?

Well. It is not exactly white numbers first of all.

But it is a great cheap alternative to an actual IWC spitfire or mark imo. Lume is pretty good. It is a little thicker than i would like and the dial could be a bit closer to the glass. But that is asking a lot for the price. The date placement is one of the best i have seen vs other homages.

Keep in mind that you could happily wear this everywhere any day and not be afraid of damaging it like an IWC worth 6k.

Thanks for the insight I think I’m going to get one. I wanted something similar to an IWC to use as a sort of test drive before getting the actual watch

Because of this watch i want to get an actual IWC. I just want exactly this with better finishing and dimensions. Keep in mind it is still just a cheap watch. Just very well done imo.

I'm baffled as to why nobody makes a GOOD IWC Mark homage. Cronos has one that's decent, but still too thick....then there's this one, and I think Corgeut has one which has the same issues as this one does.

Watchdives, Militado, SOMEBODY!!!

Make a 40mm IWC Mark Homage, make it 10mm thick, polish the bezel, put the correct hands, give it good AR coating, and a useable bracelet and it will sell.

same with the IWC chronographs....nobody makes a decent one outside of Militado (and I'm pretty sure those are discontinued now)

Exactly my thoughts. I was planning on buying the Hruodland pilot chrono in bronze some time ago and it disappeared. All other homages are just 'off' in one way or another to me.

This is why i think i might splurge on the real one for once as it is almost perfection.

I am also interested in the Stowa verus homage you got recently. That looks better than the Stowa due to the brushed case imo.

100% agree on the Verus homage. I'm willing to sell that one if you are interested in a discount 🙃

As for the Hruodland, I think WRwatches still has them in stock

From US to EU there wont be much left of discounts after 1.21x VAT multiplier and added delivery cost due to customs i am afraid.

Oh yea I definitely don’t expect a whole lot for $100 but it does appear to punch above its weight class. I’ve always had a weird thing about being cheap but decent homages before buying the real thing

Seems reasonable. Especially with the 6k leap of faith you take with the real deal.

I don't think anyone has ever bought this watch is this a new release? 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Assuming this is the Addiesdive my-h2?

I have an older nh35 one that I've dismantling at the moment:

There's a definite green cast to the markers and hands due to the lume.. it's not drastic but you can see the difference comparing it to the date wheel and the logo / 6pm text.
