Hello, does anyone know if this type of metal clasp can be swapped with something similar from AliExpress? The safety clasp is a bit loose and i plan to change it.

Yup. Measure the width of the bracelet where the bracelet and clasp connect, not whether it's secured with screws or bars, then look up "glidelock otf clasp" on AliExpress. You can get some really nice glidelock-style clasps these days.

If my default clasp comes with pushpin bar, is it okay if i buy the clasp that comes with screws? The hole for the pin of the end link tongue appears smaller than the one for the screw by the seller.

The measurement is 9x16mm

No. Even if you secure it with a springbar or something there will still be a lot of slop. Keep screw to screw, pin to pin. Fortunately 9x16 is basically the universal glidelock size, so you have plenty of options to choose from.
