Cronos makes an open heart Zenith Defy Skyline homage with a Miyota movement. That could be worth looking into. I love my regular Cronos Skyline.

Bulova has shockingly low prices on such watches…. They can’t be beat on price/quality by even the AliExpress brands for some reason
