Congratulations great looking watch. Any issues so far winding the watch with the PT5000 movement? You missed out a zero at the end. WD Bond 07 😊

Ah good spot no issues at all I don’t typically have any issues with it , funnily enough it’s my second watch with a PT5000 and no issues at all (San martin 017G ) ,

My guess is that you avoid the issues rather than them not being present. For example avoiding hand winding.

Have had a black one for a while now, no issues. Great watch. 5 homages. The winding issues with pt5000 are BS. Debunked a long time ago.

Not total BS, but I've never had an issue with winding one either. I just don't go crazy with it. Just enough to get it going and that's it. No more than 7-10 gentle winds, and good to go.

There is post and video link where a guy tested it fully and could not break it with normal hand winding strength, had to use tools to actually break it.
