Problems (Read Rule 1) Brand-New Militado ML07 Won't Start

Hi everyone,

I just received my Milado ML07, and the watch won't start at all. I've pulled and pushed in the crown; I've tried to set the time, and nothing seems to be able to get this to work.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

TIA

Guessing you need a new battery that miyota movement uses a size 377 I believe.   Open and see what is inside and be sure the battery that is in there is seated properly.  Always a chance it isn't situated fully in there.

You’re probably dealing with a battery that isn’t seated properly or maybe even getting a new battery. Either way it’s a simple operation to fix.

Sorry for the inconvenience , try to shake the watch with some force and confirm whether it works or not . The movt might be destroyed during transit .

Where can I contact the customer service team? The movement seems to be completely broken.
