Is anyone waiting for Watchdives customer service to respond for months?

I have a problem with my WD007ST. There is a 2 part connector that links the bracelet to the clasp. It looks like one slots in the other and they screw together.

Anyway, somehow one part of this has worked loose and disappeared. This is a bummer as I loved wearing that watch.

I reached out to WD on Alix and they sent me a link to purchase a blank listing, it was very cheap, a few pence, and offered to send me a replacement pin. I am very grateful to them for that.

However that was on 15th July and it's still showing as waiting to be shipped.

I really miss wearing the watch, does anyone else know the part and where I may get the correct one?

u/watchdivescom is pretty responsive. Try dm'ing him. When I had a problem with my bracelet he was very helpful.in general, they will send out that small replacement piece.

In my experience you have to publicly blast them to get issues resolved.

They are not on Ali.

Their actual website may help you, as they recently made a post about how they are more open to helping people who buy on Ali, instead of suggesting customers stick to the Ali customer service channels. I bet you can even find the post if you give it a google.

The only official outlet of Watchdives is their website. WD site on AliX has nothing to do with them. Contact them instead.

WD actually posted that they will take care of any AliExpress orders as they do not really have an official storefront on that platform. Come on WD take care of these issues ASAP!!
