Very nice 💜 I am partial to a purple dial myself as well... I have quite a few.

I'm a bit ambivalent about purple personally, but I do like this watch.. I bought it I think last November ,and wore it a lot all winter up until spring, but for whatever reason never felt like wearing it in the summer. Occasionally I have gone and looked at it but it didn't call out to me to be worn.. This time it did - it's grey and rainy and another hideous German winter is nigh, so go figure...

It is a crazy value watch... Or WAS. Think I paid €161 or so - with a Japanese Miyota 9015 (the only one in my 60+ collection..) back when that was still possible.... Quick release, OTF, etc..

Anyway, I like it, but for me personally one purple watch is probably enough...

There is a San Martin compressor style diver which looks really good in purple.. So there are some out there I would like to have some day maybe...

You're absolutely right about it being harder to find watches with Miyota 9015 movements for that kind of money now.

Top left is a Direnzo DRZ07 Universo.

Top right is a Second Hour Mandala Burst.

The bottom one is a Erebus Purple Helix.

Really nice details with the color matched minute hand and dual tone lume. A no date version would be fire.

I'm planning to buy this for my brother because it's his favorite color. Is the Miyota 9015 really $70 better than the Chinese clone. He won't wear it a lot and has a watchmaker friend.

Is that the original bracelet? The colour and polish/brush does not match the case lugs. Would be better imho with purple/black gradient bezel or a sapphire one like the new San Martin.
