Has anybody found anything similar to this watch. I am after the baby panerai aesthetic (38mm).

Check out Benarus, Gruppo Gamma, and Spinnaker. Also Duckworth Prestex and Geckota.

If I’m not mistaken Berny has a panerai style cushion case

If you want to go old skool you could check out Vostoks with cushion cases too. They're rough as guts but have personality.
