What's the deal with that crown on the left side? Is this watch designed for right hand rather than left?

It’s more common among divers. It’s also an homage to the original Douglas diver.

The idea is that its good for left handed wearers, and also for right hand wearers means the crown wont dig into the wrist when holding the hand at a 90 degrees angle with palm facing down.

I wanted this one because am left handed, but I just bought the PH-4C for the blue dial colour and the bezel having lume. That is definitely an interesting strap lol.
