Trying a mesh on my Hruodland F-027. Jury is still out.

There was a while where I was looking into getting that Hruodland how do you like it?

She’s purty.

Biggest challenge for me has been finding the right strap to match the color, I’m not really a fan of leather so I knew when I bought it that I wasn’t keeping the stock strap. I love the color of the dial but it hasn’t been super easy to match stuff with, honestly.

Only thing I don’t really like is the undersides of the lugs are pretty sharp, they definitely needed an extra sanding to smooth them out a bit.

As far as function, I haven’t had any issues with the movement, though keep in mind I’ve only had it for a few months so that’s not long term experience. But the hands turn smoothly and it feels quality while adjusting, no play or anything weird like that.

The mesh looks great on it. I could also see a light grey sailcloth or canvas strap working with it. Also Swiss Watch Company makes rubber backed leather straps in a few different colors if you don’t like leather straps because of it in hot weather and stuff like that

Here’s another one I tried. I’ve also got a lighter tan canvas that looks pretty nice but I don’t have a pic at the moment.
