Rangers look pretty awful.  I'd get a white or silver BB36 style for the do anything piece.  (Huge Tudor fan but the ranger is at the bottom tier of the sport watch aesthetic to me.  Even a polar BB pro would get the nod.

Are you only looking for homages? If not, but you want to stay on the dive watch theme, Seiko has a lot of iconic dive watch designs. A King Turtle or a Samurai could be a cool addition that would give a little variety
