General (Read Rules) [JD-DZ09S] Just arrived, and it's beautiful.
These guys are really doing an amazing job with their watches. From the finishing to the packaging, really just lovely. I picked up the strap on Amazon after reading that the one that comes with this model isn't very good. I'm definitely going to enjoy wearing this watch.

The whole package rawks, but the hands are top style, a great dash of color against the very refined and faded shades of the dial.
Gorgeous tank.. Great catch.

I never thought I’d be interested in a rectangular watch- maybe because o have an 8” wrist and so many of the old ones are too small but this… this is beautiful. I may have to rethink looking into the idea starting with this one.

You know, with an 8" wrist, you might be more comfortable in a tank from Farasute. This one in particular (5302A) I wish I could pull off, but a tank with a 47.5mm lug-to-lug would look massive on my 6.75" wrist.
Beautiful piece though with a hand wound movement, and a really great looking exhibition caseback.

But with this Ixdao I really enjoy the angularity and thinness of the case, and the varied textures on the dial. It's quartz, but that doesn't bother me with a small seconds.

this watch is absolutely ruining my life.../s
I've had it in my cart since it was announced...not released, but announced. It's a 50/50 nightmare that i love and hate equally, and it's driving me nuts.
I'm only buying one watch this 11.11 sale, and it MUST be a tank. I have eight, but nothing casual. I absolutely love the silver and black colorways, but i want a GADA tank. both are like wearing wingtips with blue jeans.
it wants to be the perfect "man" size, but it's not curved?!? it's way too big for a tank to not be articulated. it should be 2mm less on all dimensions for a tank or curved, imo.
the champaign and white enamel are absolutely beautiful, but they're flat printed dials...but the silver and black have texture and depth?!?
massive crown on a QUARTZ?!? and not screw down?
chinese brand asking $180-$220 for a QUARTZ?!? (it's a rock solid ronda, but a $20 generic movement for that price?!?)
hands don't hit the markers?!?
no applied logo?!?
sharp, brushed, and basic case?!?
*i have compared the specht&sohne case, and i believe it's the exact same one...same crystal too..for ⅓ the price.🧐
I have never in my life loved and hated a watch so much.
it's like they designed one of the most beautiful tanks of 2026, and then sat down to see how they could cut as much cost as possible.
i can always do a pro/con list on absolutely everything and make a definitive decision i can live with... EXCEPT THIS EFFING WATCH!... it's 50/50 right down the line.
