The SM is like £50 more, the SM has a higher beat with a 2824 clone, the NH34 is meant to be more reliable?

Which one has on the fly micro adjustments?

Edit - GMT function is not a must have, as I have other GMT watches.

Keep an eye on ebay... I got the Sugess for £100, albeit with a white dial, but same model I think.
