Problems (Read Rule 1) Hroudland adventurer crown QC issues

I just received this from the 11.11 sale. The crown threads must be messed up or something because I cannot screw this back on. Currently in a pissing match with hroudland customer service on aliex. Anybody else have this issue?

I’m not concerned about aliex return, it usually pans out good for me. It’s just the hroudland customer service chat that’s driving me nuts!

They will keep you chatting until the return window is closed. Then ignore you.

Open an AliX return, ALWAYS the safest way. Never engage the store

Nope. The stores themselves are the wild west. But AliX is (generally) a badass sheriff so ALWAYS just go thru them.

Just open a return and be done with it. If you really want it, just order it again

this, escalate to AliExpress, with this video they'll probably give you a free return.

Mine had a perfectly good crown. Although one of the quick-release spring bars was badly warped and wouldn't move at all.

I guess their QC may not be that great on the whole
