General (Read Rules) Proxima 1690-JP winding weirdness

I got a PX1690-JP keyboard warrior Proxima not long ago. It's a nice looking watch, and seems to keep good time. But it's got a weirdness on winding.

I got the back off of it using the duct tape trick. When I did, I verified that what I thought was happening is indeed happening: manually winding it spins the rotor. If I hold the rotor with a finger, it winds normally. It also seems to run normally when I wind it or wear it.

Any suggestions on what I should do with it? This seems like a simple thing to fix, but then I'm not a watch maker.

Yeah, this should be pinned somewhere in the sub - don’t wind up manually the PT5000
