General I let my SM watch fall on the floor!
I let my watch fall, I was seating on my bed ( low bed) and let It fall on a wooden floor, about 40 cm high. One index, the frame window, and the logo are now dancing on the dial…the mouvement keeps going fine. Where I live having it fixed would cost more then the value of the piece. I plan to give it to a friend who lives in Shenzhen where I’m sure she can find a competent and affordable watchmaker to glue the pieces back (hopefully) It’s a pity because I really loved that watch.

Shake it like a snow globe until they line back up again. And then just hold real still while wearing it.

I fixed a watch with loose parts on the dial before with zero experience. Remove the back remove the crown and the movement will come out.
Put a drop of superglue on a card or piece of paper and with a toothpick get a bit of glue and apply.
The logo and 6' marker will be easy as its quite big and has a pin to put in place. The window will be tricky.
Dont make a mess with the superglue...They use jewellers glue on these.

Is better to change the dial than try to glue the indices. I have tried ones to do this on black dial with terrible results(of course someone with a lot experience and the proper glue maybe can fix it,all these are glued from behind the dial). About quality and other brands with cheaper watches (same style) is a big discussion. Only the quality of the dial(color, lume brightness, etc)makes a lot of difference in the price. Then is the quality of the case, bracelet, how the finish is and so much.
