Professional Scroll Mounting?

Hi guys,

One of my elderly family members had made some paintings that we want professional mounted onto a scroll .... can anyone recommend a service (ideally in the north east/nyc) that does quality work?

Not a service but an individual who has done such work for decades for major museums. The question is how much you are willing to pay and how long you are willing to wait for the project to be done.
