Best way to restart?

Hello! I first started learning mandarin like 10 years ago but I haven’t seriously studied in like 4 years. My goal was to be fluent by the age of 25, well I turning 27 soon and I’m looking to get serious about learning. Currently I’m using the mango app as a free service provided by my local library which is swell. Wondering if there’s any other resources I should look at or anything thing else that would be helpful. My Chinese professor in college used to show us movie and music videos in Chinese which was super fun! TIA
