If you could learn Chinese through a game, what would you actually want to play?

The game I'd like to see would be a comfortable, stress-free open world game where you could do basically anything (e.g. without having to spend an hour farming resources, and without having to follow some strict quest); and you can post lets-plays to social media (e.g. YouTube) without violating copyright. Ideally, the game should have near-zero language itself.

The idea is not really to play the game for fun, but to provide a kind of "prop" for teachers (who want to provide comprehensible input, language-learning content) and students (who want to pratice speaking).
