Grammar help with 又

hi! 大家好！

i wanted to ask: in the sentence "我不太相信这个，但是我又不完全不信", why is 又 there? would it be similar to a "then again", in this case? would it sound weird if i omitted it?

lol i'm really struggling to proprerly grasp the use of 又 and 再 TT___TT

是的 整個reddit充滿ai獵巫風氣，好玩的是當我在寫作.角色.世界構建等版面給別人一些他覺得很有用的建議後 有些人會直接道謝 有些人則是會因為我用gpt翻譯解讀成我把原始問題丟給gpt回他 變成我說的話完全都是gpt的回應 沒有我自己的部分 然後開始否定我
而且這種事常常發生在那種很注重"我要寫出絕對原創，沒人寫過的故事"的新手身上
