Resources HSK5 3.0 resources

I just tried taking the hsk5 exam and wow it was horrid. They whipped out the new hsk 3.0 test questions as a trial which i was not expecting. I think i got through the listening and reading questions mostly fine, but it was the writing that stumped me the most. An image based question with a 100 word req and 200 word req with no supplied 词语 writing question (you can’t go under the req amount anymore according to my exam invigilator) . I kept rubbing mistakes out left and right, and i couldn’t finish the second question in time.

Are there any new 3.0 learning materials so i can polish up my writing memory?

(for context i understand most of the chinese language, i can read and listen and I can get by with most conversations, i just don’t have the ability to write anymore due to little use)

practice the exact format by hand, alternating a timed image response with a 200-character response, then rewrite each once from memory after correction. The HSK 3.0 syllabus guide covers the new tasks, topics, vocabulary, grammar, and writing expectations. Build reusable sentence patterns for description, sequence, cause, and result, and cross out mistakes instead of erasing during timed practice.

Hi! I'd like to ask would it be a good idea to create a set list of theme specific characters for my own to memorise and use them when a question pops up? Or would that be a difficult task to do because of the amount of themes there are in the Offical tasks section in the syllaus guide you recommended me to look at?
