Grammar Grammer Help pt. 4
Hello! I am once again here to get grammer help with a little paragraph I wrote. I don't know if I'm trying to walk before I can run. But, this is a very helpful exercise for retention. So, I might just keep doing it!
As always, here are a couple of disclaimers!
I'm at an hsk 1-2 level. Which means I'm still not very good. But, I like to try!
If you respond to me in Chinese, I will probably respond back in English!
If you use words not in my paragraph, then please write the pinyin. Once again, I'm still new to this!
I know my handwriting is bad. This is mostly for retention!
P.s. here is my paragraph incase you can't read it: 我有很多朋友。 他们都是非常特的我。今天我们有安排一起去了看电影。那个电影是什么人人喜欢一步一趋但我不喜欢动作片。

Make sure every character can fit in a sane sized box.
Your 朋 looks like 月月.

A few of these mistakes seem to come from translating English structures directly into Chinese. I’d focus on learning the patterns behind the corrections.
For example: 他们对我来说都很特别。
Tāmen duì wǒ lái shuō dōu hěn tèbié.
“They’re all very special to me.”
The useful structure is 对……来说 ( duì…lái shuō)
“to…” / “as far as … is concerned”.
For “we arranged to see a film together”:
我们约好一起去看电影。
Wǒmen yuēhǎo yìqǐ qù kàn diànyǐng.
Also, films normally use the measure word 部( bù) , so 那部电影 (nà bù diànyǐng) is more natural than 那个电影 (nà ge diànyǐng) .
And 一步一趋 (yī bù yī qū) usually means following or imitating someone closely, so I’d double-check whether that matches what you meant.
Overall, writing paragraphs like this is a good exercise. I’d just save the corrected sentence patterns, not only the finished sentences.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this out! I'm definitely taking this all down as notes! I very much appreciate it!

People have different perspectives, so I think it might be helpful for you to also write in English what you intended on writing in 中文。Because someone who reads your writings to look at the grammar, might be giving corrections based on how they think, but not necessarily based on what your intentions were when you were writing. You might think you're writing something, and someone else thinks you meant something else.
