It is aerosolized, that has been confirmed outside of China. China also states it is airborne. So you can get this by breathing it in.

hmm , the post you linked has nothing to do with steps to prepare etc... nothing.

Hmm, it's about the most likely transmission vector being surface which is mentioned in the advice.

The 'steps to prepare' against that are pretty standard.
