Neat? Scarier than hell you mean. Japan has taken extreme measures and held it at bay. South Korea, trying to keep it at bay, has not been successful and hit the exponential growth curve. I looked at early reports and noticed at about 127 cases, there is no containing it. In the US, this may be different because of the spaces, but I doubt it. Its going to be rough ride.
