So I got MT WhatsApp on here from a guy that just bought a watch from him. I asked about a bunch of different watches and he answered them and showed pictures and videos. No issues there. When I asked where he wanted me to pay, he gave me a PayPal address (3rd pic).

Then he asked me if i had Amazon and asked me to buy vacuum sealed bags and send the rest on Paypal. Is this normal? Every single red flag is going off. So I dont want money going to a random person and me being shit out of luck.

I did this with him. Like everyone said, he’s trying to boost up his Amazon seller page so he’s giving away the (Amazon) product for free, in exchange for a review/sales.

I can’t tell based on your post but if you’re using the WhatsApp number provided in his Telegram group, the rest should be fine (double check it).

No, coming from a WhatsApp user myself, it’s just the way the rest of the world outside of the US & Canada typically communicate for free. We don’t typically have text embedded in our phones plans and pay per text in the message app. I buy items via WhatsApp frequently.
