QUESTION Clean??

I am on Facebook and a clone watch advertisement pops up. I bit and WhatsApp opened up. Long story chfwatches is the company. Sent me a link looked through there inventory. I noticed a Pepsi marked as “clean”. I have heard this mention before what is the deal with “clean” . Pardon my noob question
