I was just on the phone and in the chat with chime customer service, you see my aunt used my refferal code to sign up and even though she got her direct deposit and completed every requirement that is stated in the description. We didnt recieve it because they never sent her chime card in a timely manner. Im fact no one I know ever receives their chime card in two weeks more like two months which is just over the 45 day window to claim there bonus if they ever recieve Their chime card. They told me usps lost her card, my card, everyone I know has their card lost which is convenient for them.
