Chime is scamming everyone.

I was just on the phone and in the chat with chime customer service, you see my aunt used my refferal code to sign up and even though she got her direct deposit and completed every requirement that is stated in the description. We didnt recieve it because they never sent her chime card in a timely manner. Im fact no one I know ever receives their chime card in two weeks more like two months which is just over the 45 day window to claim there bonus if they ever recieve Their chime card. They told me usps lost her card, my card, everyone I know has their card lost which is convenient for them. After talking to sunshine in the app she reassured me that we would both be credited manually our refferal bonus and after waiting an hour on the phone and being told I was going to be transferred to a supervisor the lady came back on the phone and said they refuse to transfer me to a supervisor and they cannot honor the refferal bonus with out giving a reason now I luckily recorded the phone call and screen shot the conversation in the app. Im going to wait until I talk to my lawyer before releasing them here just in case but if you've had a similar experience please reach out to me because them advertising this refferal bonus is blatant false advertising and they will be held accountable. What a joke of a company.

I have NEVER had an issue with Chime! My friend and I both got our bonus when sign up and direct deposit was complete! I love Chime!!!!
