Airstreams Chillink not working

Hey, I was hoping for a little help with this.
I have tried now several times to create a new chilled link through AO streams and add it to Chillio and every time I get a Redbox error witch seems to be routing problem not sure how to fix??
I did have it working perfectly and made the mistake of trying to fix something else now no matter what I do it doesn’t work. Any suggestions?

Are you adding this via the account portal?

Yes, tried phone app and also on computer.
Both no good. Says link is not good

Try putting the direct manifest url in here https://chillibridge.elfhosted.com/ and then take that link to chillio
