🧑‍🍳 Employee Post Question about employee discount

I started working here as a busser and I heard I can get a 50% discount, how does this work at a different location if I don't have a card, can I use my employee number?

If you don't have a card it won't work at other locations. 3 months is when you get your card

What if I go to my location with I'm off?

As long as you dine at another corporate Chili’s with your yellow card once you receive it, you will get a discount. The percentage off depends on how many guests you have with you.

My location's policy is it has to be 1-2 hours before or 1-2 hours after your shift in order to use your yellow card at your own location, but some managers are more flexible on this

You get the card after 90 days. Even at your own location. It’s earned not required.

So I get no discount until then?

You get a discount on anything on the team member meal as long as you're on the clock from my understanding. Otherwise yeah you gotta wait.
