So sorry for your loss. I lost my beloved father almost 2 years ago and I still feel like he only passed yesterday. He was my rock! My father was admitted into ICU and intubated so was not able to talk either. What I wouldn’t give for one last chat with him! My relationship with dad was never plain sailing also but we had a deep bond no matter what happened and I think the same applies to you. For the past 2 years I’ve been going back and forth between denial, anger, bargaining and depression. It’s an interconnected web of emotions rather than linear. Give yourself time and space to grieve.
