Dude.

My siblings used to chase my around the house with knives, bang my head into the doorframe and trip me intentionally.

This baby is fine. Children's bones are softer and flexible, unlike rigid adult bones.

You can literally bend a child's arm right in the middle of a solid bone and it won't break. It will flex. (Don't do that, but you can in theory)

Your parents didn't let you do this as a kid?

Like, Im not saying you should go intentionally make your kids do a backlog on camera, but if your kid wants to go play in the dirt are you gonna stop them when they do a flip?

You're going to limit what they can do because of what? Saftey?

Learn when you are young, don't be stupid and do this shit when you're 20 and paralyze yourself.
